Unfortunately, my son has used it 6-7 times since the day I bought it, he got angry due to freezing problems or the mouse keyboard does not work. I sent it to the service, it is related to the problem that it does not open anything. It arrived. This time the freezing problem started. Then it never turned on. I talked to the technical service personnel and explained the problems. I sent it to the technical service again. This time, the corner of the case was damaged, but it did not happen during shipping. I took videos and pictures of the parcel. The USB port was stuck inside. Long story short, the computer is not working. Definitely do not buy a computer from here, you will regret it very, very much. Shame on you for the money I paid, I do not deserve it.......

I definitely do not recommend it. The product does not support any games, friends. The case arrived bent and the front headphone jack does not work. Imagine, they sent you a gift. You pay the shipping fee. There is no refund. Staff are extremely insensitive. They don't care. It does not support any of the games in the description. I bought a computer from N11. They forgot the headphones. They shipped it and then made me pay for it. They said they would help, but they didn't. The monitor I bought had pixelation. We sent it for exchange without using it at all. They said I had to wait 20 business days. So I returned it. They still haven't given the shipping fee.

Hello, first of all, my intention is not to denigrate the business, it is just a criticism. This has always happened to people who have problems like me. Most of them did not care because they did not understand much about these things. When I looked at the prices in the market, I saw that their prices were very reasonable. Looking at the comments on trendyol, we bought a brand new case from City Bilisim. I understood why the prices were so affordable. While I was trying to do this, I looked at the graphics card and it was full of dust. I opened the case and was very surprised to see the dust on the fan. I called and immediately reported the situation. Look at the answer. Sir, it is normal for it to happen while trying it out. I mean, are you shedding dust while testing the product to measure its durability? I didn't understand. Interesting answer. Is it possible? I sent it back. I told them to send me the new graphics card, they said okay, I sent it, and they don't issue a new one before the product arrives, and in this way, your time is wasted. Anyway, it's a big problem. Then the other product arrived, and it was second hand. As you know, when cleaning the dust, there is a smell, it was still on it, so there was a mistake with the first one. The second time there was a mistake, I stubbornly said that there is nothing in this product, it is brand new, I told them to send it to me in a sealed box, untouched, in a way that I will open it for the first time, they said they will do it this way so that there will be no question marks in your mind, so that there will be no insecurity, they actually sent it brand new, anyway, while they thought we solved that problem, this time it was a RAM problem. We took it out and sent it back, this happened. After 3, a new ram arrived, we installed it, we asked for a so-called brand new one, and it came open, it was second hand or very little used, this became 4, then I said again, send me an unopened box of ram, maybe the problem is not just the RAM, but also the SSD. I sent it back, both of them came with brand new RAM in the box, but the SSD was in the box 😂 I looked at it like a joke and saw a photo of a man, I have a password, I can't log in, can you check the situation, I took photos, if I haven't deleted them, I'll share them, I'm explaining it in detail so that my friends who buy it later won't have these bad experiences. Anyway, that SSD came brand new to me later. Send the safe before a few situations happen, don't bother, let's replace it with a new one. Of course, I didn't trust it, I already had the safe reset, I had this much trouble, can I send it back, then I had to install Windows myself, I don't have any problems now, I hope I can live with products with a 2-year warranty, and there is a situation like this, every time they make a mistake, they try to compensate with a gift. They are working, I have given the speaker as a gift. Lastly, I said, if it's such a problem, at least I want a gift that will be useful for what I'm missing, a wireless mouse and keyboard set. I said, send me a wireless mouse and keyboard set. They said okay, we don't have it right now. We'll order it. It will arrive within 1-2 days. We'll send it to you. It's been a month. It'll come to you. I'm writing and calling. They don't do it on the return, I'm not the type of person to behave like that. I wish the company hadn't done what they should have done in the first place but at the end, that is, if they had actually created the case entirely from brand new parts and sent it, we keep silent saying "it's all right, nothing may happen" and nothing happens by keeping silent. I'm sure they will take it, I think the company will be more meticulous due to what happened due to these criticisms, unfortunately I can't give more than 1 star because of what happened, so even if it happened twice, it would be understandable, there would be mistakes, there would be busyness, but when I write to them and call them, I feel ashamed, you know, I feel uncomfortable, I call you every now and then, but look at the situation I'm going through. So what can I do? What can I do after 2 is no longer an absent-mindedness or a mistake? It is done consciously. I wouldn't want to look for intent here, but it's a different situation. Be careful when buying products. No matter what company it is, we still collected the safe from scratch. Thank you for this situation.
